1. The Multinational Planning Augmentation Team Tempest Express (MPAT TE-40) Workshop was held in Kathmandu from 17 to 27 March 2025, jointly organized by the Nepali Army & U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (US INDOPACOM). 2. The Workshop focused on disaster management, aiming to strengthen disaster response capabilities through theoretical discussions, practical exercise and knowledge sharing among military, non-military and various other organizations. 3. A total of 92 participants attended the workshop including 56 representatives from the Nepali Army, security agencies, governmental and non-governmental organizations in Nepal, along with 36 international participants form different countries.
