Exercise Pacific Angel 24-2 between Nepali Army and US Air Forces Successfully Completed
The Exercise Pacific Angel 24-2, a joint search and rescue training event between Nepali Army and the United States Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), was successfully conducted between 15-20 September, 2024. This exercise focused on enhancing Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) capabilities. It was conducted across various locations, including Simbhanjyang in Makwanpur, the Trishuli River at Gajuri in Dhading, and Kathmandu. A total of 232 personnel participated, with 170 from the Nepali Army, 60 from US PACAF, and two observers from Bangladesh Air Force.
